Exclusive ViaCapitale services
- Protection of the owner-seller in the event of delay or withdrawal by the promisor-purchaser. Coverage provides reimbursement of costs incurred up to $25,000 or a period of 6 months. Subject to certain conditions.
- Protects the buyer by covering the cost of repairs following a sudden breakdown or defect of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning appliances, systems and equipment. Subject to certain conditions.
- Free coverage to reimburse buyers’ mortgage payments and, if applicable, condo fees, in the event of job loss or accidental death, for 12 months or up to $25,000. Subject to certain conditions.
